Drop Offs

Question:        When will I be required to pay for my transportation fees???

Our driver will collect the full fare of the ride prior to your drop off at the airport, this can be made in Cash,
Personnel Check or the American Express Card if you prefer prior arrangements can be made so as you
will not be delayed for your departure.

Question:        Where will we be dropped off at the airport???

You will be dropped off at the curbside check-in station for your airline as determined by the airport
markers where airport personnel will assist you with your luggage.

Question:        Do you provide car seats???

No we do not supply a car seat, but you can bring your own, we will hold yours until you return, upon which
we will place it back in the vehicle you are reserving for your arrival pickup.

Question:        How many passengers can I fit the vehicle I have reserved???

The 6 passenger Limousine will accommodate 6 people in the rear compartment comfortably.   There is 1
more available in the front of needed making taking the total number to 7 passengers.
The 9 passenger Suburban will 8 passengers, 3 in the center seat, 3 in the rear seat and 2 in the front
seats if needed, making the total of 8 passengers.

Question:        How much luggage will fit in the vehicle I have reserved???

The six passenger Limousine will accommodate up to 4 average size pieces of luggage, more can be
placed in the rear compartment if needed.     The 8 passenger suburban can accommodate a large
amount of luggage, leaving plenty of room for passengers.    There is also an option of extra luggage
capacity via a rear external storage area at an additional fee.


Arrivals

Question:        Where will the driver meet us at the airport???

Upon arrival back at the airport he will be waiting for you by the baggage carousel holding a sign with your
last name.   He will then assist with your luggage, get you in the vehicle a transport you back home.

Additional arrangements can be made to meet the driver outside, if you have no luggage or once you
have received all of your luggage from the carousel.   These arrangements must be made in advance of
you arrival.

Question:        How will the driver know if we are going to be on time or late for our arrival???

We track all arriving flights to insure that we will be their for you.     We try to be there so as not to have to
charge an extra fee for waiting time if your expected to arrive late.

Question:        What if we loose our luggage???

The driver will wait for you while you fill out all of the necessary paperwork to retrieve your luggage.   Their
will not be an extra fee if this happens.

Question:        What if we can not locate the driver???

If you can not locate your driver please call our office immediately (973) 661-1329.   We can reach our
drivers via two-way radio to see where he is located.
